How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
The delivery time for each product is specified on its page. In general, orders are processed and delivered between 30 minutes and 24 hours. Products with instant delivery will be provided to you as a code immediately after payment is completed.
When can I ask for a refund?
Refunds are only possible if there was a technical issue during your ordering process. Once a code has been sent and received by you in a valid state, it is not possible to return the eGift Card nor receive a refund. For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy & Terms and Conditions.
Why do I have to verify myself?
We ask our customers to verify themselves to help prevent fraud and theft. The verification process we use contributes to greater security measures like KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti Money Laundering). How long will an automatic refund take?
