If a gift card is legally purchased and issued, there is no risk of your account being banned, and ban protection is always in place. Can I transfer part of my Apple gift card balance to another account?
One of the advantages of Apple and iTunes accounts is that you can transfer part of your account balance to another account. This way, after purchasing and activating the gift card in your account, you can send a portion of the balance to your friend. There is no limit on the transfer amount — you can even move the entire balance.

I received a message that my Google Play gift card has already been redeemed, but I didn’t redeem it. What should I do?
This error message doesn’t necessarily mean that your code was already used. It is also displayed when you enter the code again, before the credit was processed to your account. If the problem remains after a few hours, and you didn’t share the code with anyone else, contact Google Play Customer Support directly. They will be able to tell you why your account does not accept the code. In case you have multiple accounts make sure you have not redeemed it to another one.
I get an error saying my Google Play gift card code can’t be redeemed. What should I do?
Google Play upholds strict security rules to prevent fraudulent use of its products. Only Google Play Support can tell you exactly why your code was blocked after you received a valid one from us. It might be because your VPN was active or because their security system found some other suspicious activity that requires some form of verification. Make sure to give them your Google Play code and state the issue for them to help find the solution quickly.
I bought a Google Play gift card for the wrong country. What can I do?
Google Play Gift Cards are region-locked. They can only be used in the country, and currency, they were purchased for. Once you’ve tried to redeem the code, it’s already linked to your email address. In that case you have to reach out to Google Play’s Customer Support for help. Please understand that due to their nature, digital products that were delivered valid cannot be refunded, nor returned. You could however, try to change your Google Play country settings, but be aware that you can only do this once a year and that it can take up to 48 hours to update. If that doesn't work for you, consider gifting or reselling the gift card to someone you know, who can redeem it.We are sorry this happened, no one wants to find themselves with a card they cannot use! That is why we always recommend double-checking the country you are buying the product for before purchase.
Why does it say my Steam code is invalid?
Several different factors can cause this error message. The most common one is the currency of your Steam account not matching that of the code itself. It can also occur when you already redeemed your code successfully, but Steam is still processing this transaction. Please make sure you fill your code in correctly to prevent any typos. What can I do if I bought a Steam Card in the wrong currency?
Steam eGift Cards are region-restricted, meaning the currency of your card must match that of your account. To check which currency your code is for, please refer to your delivery email. Your Steam account region is based on your first Steam purchase and can be viewed in the Store & Purchase History page upon log in. If the currency of your Steam Gift Card and account do not match, you'll need to contact Steam Customer Service for help.
